Users receive a summary once per day (or at an interval of their choice), which lists the messages that have arrived in their quarantine since their last notification. With a single click, users can view and unjunk any message in the notification, as well as instantly login to manage their preferences.

Individual Quarantine
Users have 24x7 access to their personal quarantines. Simply by logging in to their personal account, they have access to all messages that have been classified as junk mail within the past 15 days.

Whitelisting & Blacklisting
Users can quickly add an email address or an entire domain name to their personal whitelists and blacklists to ensure they receive the messages they need, and only the messages they need.

Spam Handling & Management
Without the need for administrative intervention, users are presented with easy to understand options to manage their personal security needs.

  • Anti-Spam Aggressiveness
    Individuals can set how aggressive the service filters messages based on their substance such as sexual content, offensive language, and many more.
  • Foreign Language Preferences
    Messages can be filtered according to the language in the message whether it be English, German, French, Chinese, etc.
  • Spam Handling Settings
    Users can choose to have spam messages placed in their quarantine, or tagged as [Spam] in the message header. Junk Box summary intervals and preferences are also configurable at the individual level.
