The DNS2Go Service did experience intermittent outages Wednesday June 18th and Thursday June 19th. The outages were a result intermittent connectivity issues related to one of our upstream circuit providers and a hardware failure.
Service has been restored and the faulty hardware replaced. All systems should be functioning properly.
Any users continuing to experience problems connecting their DNS2Go Client software, or clients that are reporting an incorrect IP address should cycle their DNS2Go Client by taking them offline then back online.
