This 3CX Support package entitles you to email/ticket and live chat support with Deerfield.com and 3CX for one year. Support must be submitted via the web based support system.

Although we will attempt to help configure known & supported VOIP Gateway and VOIP phone hardware with 3CX Phone System, it should be noted that this hardware must be supported by the vendor or reseller of the hardware. It is imperative that you buy VOIP hardware from a reseller that can support you on its configuration and use or that you select hardware that we have tested with 3CX Phone System.
