RESELLER RETURN POLICY:
Deerfield.com Authorized Resellers are subject to a 25% return fee when returning any Deerfield.com product.

If a customer does not want a purchased key for any reason, we highly recommend that the Reseller keep the key and sell it to an alternate customer. Once the license has been re-sold, the Channel Sales Department will gladly change the registration information to reflect the new owner.
